Latest reports indicate that Saudi Arabia's NEOM is still considering Chelsea's French international defender Axel Disasi.
Disasi, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Aston Villa, received an offer from Villarreal on Tuesday.
Villarreal are expected to submit a loan offer on Tuesday to begin negotiations with the Blues. The English club hopes to sell Disasi outright, whose contract runs until 2029.
Juventus and Newcastle United have already made inquiries but have yet to take any further action. The French international made 13 appearances for Chelsea in various competitions in the first half of the 2024-2025 season, joined Villa midway through the season, and made 10 appearances, including 3 in the Champions League.
